We are Sheetal and Jyoti - shaped by those very roots, yet carried far away into global boardrooms and lives overseas. Success came, but something essential was left behind - the authenticity of taste, the honesty of ingredients, and the quiet comfort of home.

Anvayas was born from that longing.

We came back - not to recreate the past, but to preserve it with dignity.

Anvayas सिर्फ एक ब्रांड नहीं है। यह एक वापसी है।

बिहार की उस मिट्टी की ओर, जहाँ रेसिपी लिखी नहीं जाती थीं - जी जाती थीं।
जहाँ देसी घी की खुशबू आँगन में बसती थी, और हर मिठास में माँ के हाथों का स्नेह होता था।

हम हैं शीतल और ज्योति - उन्हीं जड़ों से निकलीं, लेकिन जीवन हमें दूर ले गया - कॉर्पोरेट दुनिया और विदेशों तक। सब कुछ हासिल किया, लेकिन असली स्वाद, शुद्धता और घर जैसा अपनापन कहीं पीछे छूट गया।
