No Returns Policy

As our products are food items made in small batches, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. In case you receive:

• A damaged package
• An incorrect item
• Or a product with quality concerns

Please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

This helps us assess the issue quickly and fairly.

Resolution & Refunds

Once verified, we will:

• Offer a replacement, or
• Process a refund, depending on the situation

Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

Important Notes

• Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible
• Minor variations in shape, size, or color are natural in handmade products and do not qualify as defects
• Taste preferences are subjective and not considered a valid reason for return

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
